Sudhi Ranjan Bhushan was born in 1938 & obtained Govt Scholarship in 1957 and graduated from Santiniketan. He received the French Fellowship. He participated in various exhibitions internationally including the Commonwealth Arts Festival, London, St Peter’s Abbey, New castle, Belgium. Represented Young Artists of Today, Paris and Pan Am’s 747 sponsored by United Nations. He had many solo exhibitions including Paris, London, Bruselles, Amsterdam, Dusseldort and many established galleries of India. United States of America invited to visit various states of America to study and acquaint the American Contemporary art scene in 1986. Bhushan was an artist who inspite of all that tried to stand in his way met with favour form the intelligent viewer. He also created sculptures and unmatchable collages. His collages inscribed in them graffiti chance newspaper print or reproductions. His works grace some important collections all over the world. He lived and worked in Delhi.
