A semi-realistic figurative painter Asit Kumar Patnaik was born in 1968 in Orissa. He graduated in 1995, with M.F.A. Painting, Gold Medallist, Varanasi. Known for his series “Relations” Asit captures the essence of the male and female emotions and body in his unique expressive way.
