"A sensitive artist who has long been in touch with ordinary folks, as part of his or her own community, tends to see the beauty that is hidden by the mass of the ordinary"
It is this that artists like C. Prakash of Karnataka attempt through an engaging and alluring metaphor and though the art of C. Prakash is somewhat female-centric, it is the interesting imagery that engages our eye with good mastery of colours and figuration that is enhanced by excellent composition and the draw of highly emotive colours. There certainly is some regional touch as well, which is of course natural. However that only makes the imagery more emotive-something with which the art lovers could identify.” – RS Yadav.
